Ganeral Definitions

In this tab in the settings window, we have important filters so you can leave everything on automatic. We will cover all items in this topic.

  • Profit Limit: The profit limit makes the bot stop when it reaches the configured value.

  • Loss Limit: The loss limit makes the bot stop when it reaches the configured value.

{warning.fa-warning} Important: If you set, for example, $10.00 for gain or loss, it does not mean that it will stop at exactly that value. Example, if you define a loss of $10.00 and are operating with $3.00, if your current loss is $9.00, you will enter with $3.00 because you have not exceeded the stop. If you lose another $3.00 it means that the loss will be $12.00 and in this case yes, it stops because it has exceeded the loss amount.

  • Stop Type: Here we have two options, Normal and Floating. The normal mode keeps the loss value fixed and the floating mode reduces the configured loss value as you make a profit.

Example: In floating mode, if you set a stop of $10.00 and made a profit of $5.00 in the session, it means that your stop is no longer $10.00 but $5.00. If you set a stop of $10.00 and make a profit of $20.00, it means your stop will be +10.00$ positive. In normal mode, your stop would still be -10.00$.

  • Payout Options: In the payout field, you define the minimum payout that the bot must operate, below this value, orders will be denied. In the Payout Source field, you define whether the payout reading will be done in digital or binary parities (for brokers that have the resource).

Note that, if you leave Auto, the bot will always try to open the order in binary, however, if the payout is below the defined amount, it will try the same order in digital, optimizing the number of successfully opened orders.

  • Orders by Asset: In this option, you can limit the number of orders opened at the same time on the same asset. We recommend leaving 1, never leaving 0. If the value defined here is exceeded, the bot will deny new orders. Note that for some management like Masaniello or Wales, orders per asset are limited to just one to follow the cycle.

  • Global Orders: In this option, you can limit the orders open at the same time, however, this option does not look at the name of the asset, but at individual orders. This means that you can limit it to one order per asset but here increase it to for example 3 and this way you would be limited to one order per asset but 3 simultaneous orders on different assets.

  • Retraction Mode: This option is very useful. With it active, you allow the bot to attempt to close the order at the end of the current candle. In other words, if, for example, you open a 5-minute order but start at 2 minutes, the bot will calculate the time to close the order at the end of the 5th minute. Note that this feature does not work on some brokers as they do not allow manipulation the predefined time.

  • Anti-Delay: This option is an order advance. Functional for signal list but also anticipates the closing of orders in Deriv, to avoid late entry into Wales. If you set 3, the bot will close the Deriv order at 57 seconds.

If you are using list and set it to 3, the bot will open the programmed order in the 57th second, 3 seconds before the next candle opens.

  • Block-Delays: If you have an indicator that opens orders very far from the candle opening, you can use this feature to block unwanted entries. If you set 5, after 5 seconds of opening the candle the order will be denied.

  • Time Filter: The time filter allows you to configure a time range to start and stop operations.

  • Trend Filter: The trend filter is based on the investing.com website, it reads the averages according to what you configure.

  • Signal Name Filter: This filter is very important if used correctly. Note that the bot has an internal profile system, so you can use this filter on a given profile so that only this signal name is accepted (separated by comma). With this, you separate your management by signal name.

  • Asset Filter: With this filter, you can define (separated by a comma) only the assets you want to operate. The words must match exactly.

  • Pause for Wins: These parameters are used to pause the bot in case of a win. Let's imagine that you have defined a total of 2. In sequential mode, the bot will consider two consecutive wins, without there being any other order between the wins. The global mode considers gains even if there were orders with losses during the gains.

The bot will stop, and will only resume operations if you reset the session or if you configure some action for automatic resumption.

  • Pause for Loss: These parameters are used to pause the bot in case of loss. Let's imagine that you have set a total of 2. In sequential mode, the bot will consider two consecutive losses, without there being any other order between the losses. The global mode considers losses even if there were orders with wins during losses.

The bot will stop, and will only resume operations if you reset the session or if you configure some action for automatic resumption.
